The legend of “Sant Jordi”
Once upon a time, in a Catalan Village there was a dragon, that threatened the inhabitants of the village. First, the dragon ate the sheep and goats and any other animals. When there weren’t and more animals, he started eating the young girls of the village. The young girls were chosen by random, and one day it was the princess turn. She went out of the village and she walked to the dragon’s cave. She was afraid of the dragon, but she didn’t stop walking. Then the dragon came out of his cave to eat the princess. Fortunately, St.Jordi arrived and killed the dragon. A rose plant was born from the dragon’s blood, and St.Jordi took and rose and gave it to the princess. THE END
